"Beautiful property, great restaurant… the only thing I would say is that having daily room refresh would be fantastic. Coming home to a made bed is the best part of being in a hotel… we didn’t have fresh towels for shower either."

"Stay was great, rooms clean,staff is very nice and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Breakfast was good, and the staff kept up with refilling the food. Only issue is we came to our room when house keeping was cleaning. Went in and moved our stuff and sat in hallway and patiently waited. After they were done they closed our door and wouldn't let us back in. Which u understand it's a security risk and for our safety. But, letting us know that is policy, Instead of making us wait until they were done and closed the door on us. I was upset and tired and had set my stuff in the room before we went in the hallway. Being on the third floor, I had to use the stairs after a long day, because the elevator is slow. Maybe better communication with house keeping, or from front desk when check in. The house keepers were very polite even when I became upset. Other than that, it was a great stay. I'll be back. Thank you "
