"Great value for money, staff friendly at the desk, facilities good, parking fantastic but cleanliness of apartment was poor. Lots of areas in the apartment that hadn't been cleaned and you could see the cobwebs. A lack of plug points for charging of electronic devices. "The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great. "
