"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member on duty at 8:00 pm Saturday August 9, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were a bit limited compared to other properties I have stayed in. The cinnamon crunch cereal was stale and I would have preferred scrambled eggs as opposed to the premade omelets. The location was further from the interstate than I had planned on. The parking areas were not particularly well lit and as a senior adult, this is something I pay attention to. Overall, the facility was very nice, the staff genuinely friendly and a reasonable value. "

"Complimentary breakfast was great, evening reception was nice with 2 alcoholic drinks per person & soda pop for the kids. Very family-friendly place, very clean, liked the layout of this hotel, perfect spot close to old market, riverfront & downtown Omaha. Parking was close & secure. Good customer service. The one thing I was surprised about was no fan in the bathroom, so a bit damp when we each took a shower, but not a dealbreaker. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again."
