Also, on the 7th floor, guests cannot open the windows themselves; you have to request that staff air out the room while you are out. "

Fruit salad bowl was empty most days and there was very little choice of jam. The orange juice was souer. We had already stayed in several very reasonably priced hotels where in each case the breakfast was good. We expected better for the price. "
