"We arrived close to midnight, so the getting our key was a little different than normal. The front door was locked and no one was at the front desk; I had to ring in through a phone near the front door.
I had previously called to let them know we would arrive after the front desk would be empty. It would have been helpful if they told us procedures then. However, once we called and they let us in everything was simple."
"There was not a lightbulb in the desk lamp. I had planned on sitting in the chair and reading. By the time I discovered this, I was already in my night gown, so I did not call down to maintenance. Breakfast was a dissapointment. The cereal was stale."
"Lobby and room were very clean and nice. The hotel was very quiet and we appreciated getting a corner room next to elevator since we had our dog with us - was very. convenient. Plenty of well lit grassy area for our dog outside on property too. Staff was very friendly & offered our dog some treats. Breakfast was lacking in variety. Needed more pastries and yogurt, fruit options. Only bread for toast was available. "
"This is a new hotel, so everything is still fresh and clean. It’s located right off the interstate and close to many fast food and restaurant choices. The staff were helpful, and a couple of them were even extremely friendly. I loved the kitchen staff (Elke was amazing). The breakfasts were varied and always stocked. I extended my stay since I was in the area searching for a home. It was definitely the right choice. There is a pool and free Wi-Fi. If you’re on the back side of the hotel, you may even catch a softball game from your window! And, there’s an adorable water feature at the front entrance with ceramic turtles bathing in a waterfall. The kids will love it (And some adults, too!!). I highly recommend this hotel."

"Starting off the stay was a pleasure as the front desk clerks were so kind, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had not issues with noise or convenience to amenities."
"None any better! Nice , clean and very helpful and hospitable staff. Looks brand new and possibly is. We will stay again. Wish I had known about it sooner."
