"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. "The property itself was older and not well maintained. Our bathroom stayed damp due to a faulty dehumidifier and we had mold in the bathroom They cleaned it but it came back. They also don’t clean the rooms so they didn’t notice the mold and constant dampness"
