"I commend the staff that hosted us. We checked in on the 4th of August 2025 and checked out on the 5th of Aug. I arrived late for the breakfast as i have the key and my son couldn't get out of the room, when we checked out I asked if we can have at least pastry as take away. The receptionist asked the kitchen team and gaved us marvellous ham and cheese sandwiches. Thank you. We were satisfied with the room that I booked (room with balcony). The view is like a painting. Kids loved the bunk beds with privacy curtains, the arcade in the room was lots of fun and the views of the lauterbrunnen valley and mountains were spectacular. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the train station. The pool area was fantastic and we just wished it was open later than 8pm"
