"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was awesome."

"They require a $100 CASH ONLY deposit. This is a first. I stayed once before and they didn’t ask for a deposit. The bathroom was a little dirty but I was able to overlook it to stay again but when they asked for a deposit the second time I decided to stay elsewhere. You can see in my posted photos they just don’t pay any attention to cleaning properly and general upkeep. Good luck!"

"The breakfast had no taste. There was no orange juice. The rooms are super small along with the pool and hot tub. Trying to use the remote in the bedroom you had to hold it up high for channels to change. The cold and hot were opposite of what they were suppose to be. In the other room the one remote didnt work at all. And no hot water. I will not be back unless you change some things."

"Pool was nice but staff didn’t inform about wrist band policy. Guests ended up telling us. "

"Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. "

"Staff was extremely accommodating. Pool was under construction so they made it up by giving us so upgrades on room and service. Always will stay here when going to Minneapolis."

"The room was clean and met basic expectations, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast was very basic with limited options, and unfortunately the shower didn’t work during my stay, which was inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay experience. "
