Pudimos dormir cómodamente. El servicio de atención al cliente que nos brindó Roxana fue excepcional. Ella nos ayudó muy amablemente a resolver una situación que experimentamos con nuestra reservación. ¡Gracias! Desayunamos en el hotel y la selección de productos fue muy buena y deliciosa. "While I found the overall environment pleasing, I was quite disappointed with the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Unfortunately, the walls did not adequately block noise, and I could clearly hear conversations, the air conditioning unit, and various other sounds from the neighboring room during the night. This constant noise significantly disturbed my sleep and impacted my stay negatively."
