Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. "Very nice, modern and clean. In all honesty better than the supposed 4 star hotel we stayed at the week before. The room is on the 4th floor without elevator. So be prepared. But we loved it. Highly recommended. We were traveling with our 6 year old, the Smart TV was a great feature and we were able to watch Netflix and keep our son entertained. "

"We stayed Masseria Acqusalsa for 1 night while making our way from Rome to Termoli. It was absolutely amazing. This farmhouse B&B was exactly what we needed after a long flight from the US to rest and enjoy the Italian countryside. The hosts were friendly and beyond accommodating. They made a lovely dinner recommendation to a wonderful restaurant in Agnone and served a fantastic spread for breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend staying there. "
