"Clean and comfortable room. Very quiet - though I don't think there were many guests there during our 2-night stay so your mileage may vary.
Location was an easy walk to our destination (the MCPA) as well as downtown Findlay."
"This hotel is definitely beautiful. We stayed in an executive suite with a gorgeous bathtub, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. I came into town to visit my husband while working in town for two days and we ended up checking out a day early. The noise from the street was so loud I was not able to sleep most of the night. I then had to work from the hotel room the next day and again the traffic sounds like it’s inside the hotel room. It’s so loud. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they did absolutely nothing about it and offered no alternative. My husband and I checked out a night early so that I could go somewhere else and get some sleep. I would also like to add for such a nice Hotel, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were horrible. Although the hotel was decorated very nicely, the comfort level was horrible. I would not stay here again. "
"Toilet was not seated and rocked. needs to be fixed. Seemed to be a little shady in the parking area, but I think Findlay is fairly safe. Room was clean and staff were nice."
"The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!"
"I have stayed at about every hotel i can think of and i am not a person whom typically writes a review, however, this one was warranted! Wvery part of our stay was too notch from check in to the clean rooms , comfortable beds, spaciousness, actually a microwave AND a decent size fridge in the room. The breakfast and the staff serving absolutely the most hospitable. My son who isnt a small boy went back for yet more breakfast and i was expecting a funny look. The attendant wa so gracious and kind to us. I apologized for his hunger and her response was of compassion and smiles. They kept every little thing stocked and cleaned the e tire time. The pool area was top notch. Clean and wsrm for the kiddos. It wasnt crowded like other hotels close by. The price point was so affordable that we will definitely visit again just for fun. Thanks Holiday Inn. 😃 "
"Rooms was clean, pillows were soft, mattress was comfortable, and the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Great place to stay. "
"The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have the best pillows that I have ever used at a hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. There was no option to turn it off as it was connected to the light. "
"The staff was very nice and they welcomed our dog as a last minute addition to our room with no issues. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The bathroom was a bit small but it worked for what we needed. The only complaint that we had was the breakfast. They kept the most minimal items available (ex. one biscuit, etc.). We ended up going to one of the local restaurants nearby both mornings. All in all, we will stay here again when visiting family. "
