La verdad NO LO RECOMIENDO, se pinta como un hotel 4 estrellas, de entrada los cuartos sin especificar cómo llamar a las extensiones, no tienen acceso a llamada internacional (yo tuve un tema con mi banco y el gerente me mantuvo una semana sin respuesta, mientras el día que pedí ayuda los de recepción solo se reían entre ellos), es un hotel de 4 estrellas e independientemente del portugués no te hablan inglés o español, y solo te dicen “infelizmente “ no, todo es no. Es un hotel ya viejo, con muy poco mantenimiento, el aseo del cuarto malo, con cabello en la coladera del lavabo sin retirar, abajo de las camas por casualidad tuve que asomarme y muy sucio, los enchufes con los cables por fuera, con todo el riesgo de un corto, 4 días pasaron para retirar un vaso que estaba sucio con basura, en el gimnasio: que es lo único que vale la pena, una mega cucaracha deambulando en el espejo; su “desayuno incluido” equis el sabor malo, de los dos días que tuve que cenar, uno me enfermé fatal del estómago. Definitivamente es un hotel que NO RECOMENDARÍA, yo estaba viendo cambiarme a mitad de mi estancia pero no había disponibilidad en otros. El gerente no cumple con la preparación para un hotel de 4 estrellas definitivamente para resolver la situación. El precio es definitivamente desproporcional a lo que se ofrece y lo que es.

Não achei o café da manhã muito bom, pois tinha pouca variedade e nem manteiga em pacotinho para levar para a mesa. A cama era muito boa, confortável, mas a janela do quarto estalava toda manhã bem cedo, o que me acordava. Isso não foi nada legal.

Esta foi a terceira vez que me hospedei no Bourbon Savassi Belo Horizonte. Nas ocasiões anteriores, tive experiências muito positivas; contudo, nesta última estadia, fiquei bastante decepcionada. O café da manhã, que antes era um ponto forte, deixou a desejar, com poucas opções e qualidade inferior ao padrão que eu esperava do hotel. Além disso, o hotel estava muito cheio, com a presença de equipes esportivas que acabaram tumultuando os espaços comuns e gerando bastante barulho nos corredores. Entendo que o hotel receba diferentes perfis de hóspedes, mas considero importante que haja maior controle da circulação, do silêncio e da organização desses grupos, especialmente para preservar o conforto dos demais clientes. Espero que a administração reavalie esses pontos, pois o hotel já me proporcionou boas experiências anteriormente e tem potencial para manter um padrão mais elevado de qualidade.
