A great place facing the Pampulha lake where you can join the locals take a couple miles easy walk around the lake and admires the architectures of the museums, beautiful church and mansions built in late 20th century. The staff was friendly but translation apps needed for further assistance after check-in.

A primeira recepcionista com a cara fechada, faltou acolhimento, sem uniforme, sem crachá de identificação. Internet wi-fi péssima. Porta do quarto não tranca por dentro, dormi com muito medo de ter o quarto invadido. Coloquei a poltrona e cadeira atrás da porta, para me sentir mais segura. Conversei com a segunda recepcionista, essa é mais velha de idade e mais solicita, para tentar consertar a porta, ela disse que era para aguardar até a manhã do dia seguinte. Enquanto eu estava na recepção, mais dois hóspedes foram até a recepção para reclamar também da fechadura da porta. Um hóspede chegou a levar o tambor da porta na mão, porque a fechadura quebrou. Pediu para trocar de quarto, e foi informado que não tinha quarto disponível. Chuveiro sem orientação de como utilizar, demorei a controlar para sair água quente. Lençol da cama com mancha preta. Telefone do quarto não estava funcionando, e não ofereceram para resolver o problema. Café da manhã razoável, mas bolo ruim, pão seco e duro. Somente 01 edredom fino estava à disposição no quarto. Apartamento 224.

Achei Ruin, pq estacionamento vc tem q pagar a parte, fora q escolhi pagar no estacionamento, e fui cobrado duas vezes, sai do local aguardando eles me fazerem o estorno. Água do chuveiro não estava muito quente, luz do quarto muito fraca. Infelizmente nele não retorno mais.

Infelizmente, a minha estadia neste hotel foi extremamente frustrante. O lugar claramente não passa por manutenção básica há muito tempo e deixou muito a desejar em pontos críticos: ​Segurança comprometida: A fechadura do quarto estava arrombada e estragada. Isso é inadmissível, pois tirou totalmente a sensação de segurança que se espera de um hotel. ​Conforto zero: A cama de mola era péssima, daquelas em que é impossível descansar. Acordei com dores no corpo devido ao estado deplorável do colchão. ​Falta de estrutura: O anúncio ou a expectativa de uma TV funcional sumiu, já que o quarto não contava com canais fechados (TV a cabo), limitando as opções de entretenimento.
