This hotel has affordable valet parking and a great location in the middle of downtown with great access to everything including the municipal park. The building is lovely and the rooms are comfortable. Overall a great stay at a good value.

Stayed at this hotel several times. Location is convenient for downtown and near the bus station. Nazarene, front desk, was very helpful and professional. The entire hotel staff is kind. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Recepção, somente 2 funcionários sem postura e sem preparo para se comunicar e contornar situações desagradáveis, sistema do hotel aparenta ser bem antigo. Hotel não possuí ajudantes para levar as malas, eu estava com 2 idosos, um estava totalmente debilitado e sonolento, não possuí acessibilidade. Hotel não tem serviço de lavanderia. Quartos antigos e com cheiro de velho, ficamos em 3 pessoas, sendo 2 idosos, ambiente escuro principalmente a noite, luminária para 2 lâmpadas e só tinha 1 não iluminava direito, quarto abafado. A limpeza do quarto é básica do básico, uma tampa plástica próximo a janela de uma das camas está lá desde o dia 23/02/2025 quando cheguei, fui embora no dia 25/02/2025 e continuava por lá. O banheiro quando dei entrada PAGANDO MEIA DIÁRIA A MAIS, tinha cheiro ruim, como se não tivesse sido lavado ou não dado tempo de arrumar. Quando fui fechar minha estadia me mandaram esperar porque o sistema estava fora do ar e me pediram 10min, passaram outras pessoas na frente que estava entrando e me deixaram esperando por mais de 30min. Ambiente totalmente rústico. O gerente nem satisfação dava e se quiser ajudava a resolver a situação!

No geral, o quarto estava bom, com exceção de alguns detalhes: encontrei alguns fios de cabelo da pessoa que limpou, a trava de uma das janelas estava quebrada, e por isso ficava batendo a noite por conta do vento, o que acabava fazendo barulho e o wi-fi não funcionava direito. Sugestão: colocar algum isolamento acústico nas janelas, por conta do barulho da rua. Café da manhã básico, nada de tão espetacular. Os funcionários foram bem prestativos e educados.

O hotel tem boa localização para quem quer ir no Mercado Central, Feira da Afonso Pena. A única coisa que me incomodou muito foi o barulho dos elevadores, pois meu quarto ficava perto. Aconselho pedir quarto longe dos elevadores. O café é bom, podia ter mais um pouco de variedade. É um bom custo-benefício.

Quarto, café e estrutura boas. A limitação do estacionamento é uma dificuldade, estacionamento conveniado mais perto fica a três quadras e tem valor bem salgado para a diária. Hotel está em reforma, mas isso não afeta diretamente a hospedagem, porém, específicamente no dia da hospedagem uma chuva muito forte inutilizou os elevadores, tivemos que subir vários andares de escada, passando por andares em manutenção, sem iluminação e com entulho próximo à escada.

O hotel é bem confortável e o café da manhã é muito bom. A unica coisa ruim é que o cheiro de esgoto dos bueiros de fora acaba entrando na recepção trazendo um cheiro desagradável. Mas como os quartos são nos andares de cima, isso não compromete a estadia. Os quartos são com ar condicionado e possuem frigobar. São bem confortáveis. Gostamos bastante!
