This hotel was a welcome change after the bad experience with another accommodation that did not live up to expectations.. A couple of things tho: room was small, bathroom was smaller but thankfully it was serviceable, safe and quiet. Definitely recommend if you’re low-key and want a nice room in a nice area.

Bad service
We have been staying at this location twice a year for the last 10 years. It is close to our family and it is centrally located. In the past service was great. BUT the last few visits, the quality of the hotel has started to slip. Little things at first, food in the restaurant and overall service at the front desk. But this last visit was just trouble!!!!! Check in was really slow, internet was lacking and the food was disappointing to say the least. But the worst thing was the fact that our hotel room was not even cleaned for the last two days of our visit..I can understand the first day maybe because we left the room afternoon to visit our family etc. But the last night we were out of the hotel room before 10am and was back after 10 pm that night. We had to come down after getting back to get bath tissue, towels and soap because we didn't have any. We let the front desk know and they really didn't seem to care. This hotel had become our home away from home previously , so it really had saddened us to the bad service and lack of caring. So when we come back to Brazil in the fall, we will have to go stay somewhere else.....

Very nice modern hotel
Very happy with this hotel. Very new so in excellent condition. Staff were helpful especially when I was under-the-weather. Nice hotel. There's a Budget Ibis right next door so make sure you know which one you have booked :)

Precisa melhorar muito!
Precisa de uma reforma! O mono comando do chuveiro não funcionou direito, assim a temperatura ficava intermitente. Colchão e travesseiros bem regulares. Éramos três hóspedes, mas não foi colocado lençol e toalha para os três. Checking extremamente demorado. Gosto dos íbis, mas essa unidade realmente deixa muito a desejar.

Nunca mais volto nesse hotel. A porta do quarto estava emperrada e era preciso empurrar com o corpo para conseguir abrir, à tampa do vaso sanitário era péssima e estava solta, o chuveiro não parava de pingar e o barulho ecoava pelo quarto a noite toda, entre outros problemas.

Foi o pior hotel da rede Accor que já fiquei na vida! Banheiro sujo, cheio de mosquinhas no box e teto com gesso mofado. Atendimento sem empatia, preocupado com protocolos, pareciam bots. Área do café da manhã com moscas, comida com péssima apresentação, sujo, louças e utensílios mal lavados, com estalactites no gesso do teto pela infiltração do ar condicionado. Camas e travesseiros velhos e duros. O Hotel precisa de uma intervenção urgente da rede.

Muito boa opção em BH. Quartos em boas condições. Possui almoço e janta buffet bastante atraente. Unica descantagem é a falta de opções e os preços abusivos praticados pelo bar no terreo, para levar produtos básicos para o quarto, água por exemplo

Não tivemos nenhum problema. O quarto estava limpo e bem conservado. Queríamos apenas um lugar para dormir e tivemos uma estadia muito agradável e confortável. O cartão desmagnetizou uma vez mas o problema foi solucionado rapidamente. Não consigo opinar sobre a comida ou outros serviços oferecidos.
