Great location but they don’t carry change . They are so used to credit or debit transactions that they don’t expect client to have cash . Overall my experience was good ! Walk distance to the places I wanted to go.

Funcionários da recepção não uniformizados, informações incompletas, serviço de arrumação dos quartos sem horário definido, mesmo deixando o aviso na porta a arrumação não foi feita, comunicação entre recepção e governança péssima, após retornar ao hotel, constatar que a limpeza e arrumação não haviam sido feitas mesmo comunicando a recepção que estaríamos no quarto e não queríamos mais o serviço, a camareira foi até o quarto. Ducha muito alta não tendo opção para regular o jato, para as mulheres que não costumam lavar a cabeça em todos os banhos isso é um fato complicador. Quartos muito pequenos, as malas fica jogadas no chão, o local para pendurar apenas 6 peças de roupa, um casal que precise ficar mais de duas diárias não tem como pendurar as roupas.

Atendimento nada além do razoável.

Tenho total consciência de que estava em um hotel de baixo custo, mas o atendimento deixou muito a desejar (com exceção da equipe da cozinha, sempre muito solícita e educada). Por dois dias, não arrumaram o meu quarto e dos meus colegas, mesmo com a solicitação na porta. Quando solicitamos mais um travesseiro, disseram que não seria possível, pois não tinha nenhum sobrando (que tipo de hotel não tem travesseiro extra?). Qyando questionamos, a atendente da recepção entregou um travesseiro extra com muito custo, e virou pro gerente falando "vamos ter que abrir o 16º". Ou seja, tinha item disponível, mas não queriam abrir um novo andar. Éramos duas pessoas em um quarto com três camas. A terceira cama não tinha ao menos uma colcha por cima, estava direto no forro do colchão (manchado e rasgado). Quando questionei a recepção, disseram que era isso mesmo. Achei extremamente nojento aquela cama apenas com o forro.
