Ótimo custo benefício

É um hotel excelente, com ótimas comodidades. O quarto é limpo, a televisão oferece uma boa variedade de canais e o banheiro também é limpo. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. É ideal para quem tem algum evento no Mineirão ou nas proximidades. No entanto, fica um pouco distante do centro da cidade. O estacionamento é um pouco apertado, mas oferece um bom número de vagas.

Atendimento ao cliente poderia ser melhor

Tivemos problemas com trocas de toalhas, não fazem automaticamente e não avisaram. Assim como elevador parou e não nos deram nenhum suporte quando acionamos alarme, quando informamos para avisarem o problema para manutenção, nós responderam mal. Ao ligar no telefone para uma informação a minha amiga achou a forma meio ríspida de atendimento. Não recomendo o atendimento ao cliente deles, deixou a desejar. Apesar do hotel ser bom. Esperava ter goiabada ou doce de leite no café por ser referência esses acompanhamentos na região. Seria só uma sugestão.

Hotel Bom. Precisa melhorar o espaço para o café da manhã. Nas duas diárias o café estava cheio e foi complicado tomar café. Porém, mesmo diante do fluxo o café da manhã estava perfeito!
