Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay.

A TV estava sem sinal há 4 dias segundo o funcionário. O ar condicionado fazia um barulho estranho dando estalos fortes e tive de dormir com ele desligado. O café da manhã foi legal e funcionários também são bem educados.

Tudo muito antigo, sendo que o quarto em que ficamos o ar condicionado pingava e durante as cinco diárias, não houve conserto, apesar de inúmeras reclamações, nem mesmo providenciaram a troca do quarto.

Já fiquei muitas vezes neste hotel pq gosto da localização e também dos quartos, e geralmente não tenho problemas, mas desta vez me colocaram num quarto que o banheiro não tinha box e o controle da tv não estava funcionando direito. Solicitei a troca do controle, mas trouxeram outro que não funcionava.
