Hotel bem localizado, bem no Centro da cidade. Me serviu porque era realmente essa a intenção. Mas estrutura um pouco antiga, quartos com pintura descascando e um leve cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã na média, não tive nenhum problema. Equipe de atendimento excelentes, sãos todos bem atenciosos.

Apenas se salva o café da manhã

Com exceção do café da manhã (que estava maravilhoso) e do atendimento da recepção, o restante foi péssimo. O quarto tem as paredes todas manchadas e sujas dando um aspecto de insalubridade, o cliente não tem certeza se os lençóis e as mantas são objetos limpos, o travesseiro é sofrível, todo ruído, o banheiro sem ducha higiênica, e em todos os dias que a gente ficou lá a equipe não trocou as toalhas. Não tinha interfone para ligar para recepção, então os problemas simplesmente passaram batido porque nós não tínhamos tempo de ficar reclamando por coisas tão essenciais.

Bem básico

Para a categoria que o hotel pertence, ele atende. É básico, tem bom café da manhã, elevador… mas a estrutura é antiga. As portas ainda são de chave, tem que deixar na portaria, o banheiro não tem tranca por fora, a localização é boa durante o dia, mas perigosa durante a noite.
