The people who run it are just as amazing!! They are so nice and very helpful. They set up our transportation to and from Milan and were always there to answer any questions. "Beautiful place to stay with my two adult children. Excellent breakfast and comfortable space. Lots of walking required to get to places (up and down hill) so those with mobility issues should be aware. "

"Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"The best view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and very peaceful and quiet. You need a car to go anywhere, no shops or restaurants near by. The property was as advertised. "

"This hotel was gorgeous and in the perfect location for Bellagio! My only complaints are 1) that the air conditioning is locked so it’s either blowing directly on your bed (so you freeze) or it’s off and it gets unbearably warm and 2) there is a large gap under the door from your room to the corridor so you can hear EVERYTHING at all hours day and night"

"This hotel is beautiful in many ways! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."
