The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

The rooms and facilities are very clean and well maintained, the staff are always attentive. Check in and check out was easy, and I will definitely return to this apartment on my next stay in HCMC.

4th time at this hotel - absolutely worth it. Location is perfect, next to many restaurants and close to Ben Thanh Market. The employees are wonderful in every possible way. Lounge is def worth paying a little extra. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Will def be back!
