"It did start well, overall experience was really good until we changed rooms. We checked out at 11and were told that someone will give us a ring once new room is ready. We got a phone call 2 hrs later and were told we can come to get keys anytime. Got there an hour later, picked up a keys and suitcases from storage room and walked to the room, at the farest end of the hotel. When we opened first door leading to the hallway, we saw lots of unfinished plastering work with cables coming out of the wall but the actual room was ok, just found room numbers still at the bathroom worktops, like the room wasn't completely finished yet. Went down to reception to let them know about it and to ask to clear building materials from hallway. They seemed helpful and told us it will be cleaned on the same day. We went out for a lunch outside the hotel and then spent some time at the rooftop terrace. When we got back to the room, hallway was cleaned but door's key didn't work so had to go back to the reception. They told me they tried to phone me as wanted to advise me about possible noise. They activated room key again, tried to phone traders to confirm that work was finished but couldn't get through. We went back to the room and got ready for a dinner when they called us at 9pm saying we need to move to different room as building work will continue next day, no room upgrade or any other form of compensation for the hassle caused by all this situation. Not a premium experience"

"The room had an excellent view to the beach. The room only has a helicopter ceiling fan which was even in April insufficient to keep cool at night. Space for clothes is very limited and the area for hanging clothes will be too high for small people. The beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was excellent. Food was of a high quality but lacked more variety. The snack offering for all inclusive clients was laughable: it only appeared at 5 pm and was a small side table in the lobby bar. It was demolished within half an hour. Drinks weren’t available on the rooftop bar for all inclusive customers and there were other restrictions, too for these customers. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and some went above and beyond. The beach is right outside the hotel. There is a tiny adult pool and a larger family pool area that you have to walk to going past the beach. Dribks and snacks can be bought there. It feels a bit on the small side and was busy in April and must be crowded in the Summer months. Slides for kids are great entertainment and the pool itself was good and has a little separate jacuzzi as well. The rooftop in the hotel has three jacuzzis for up to 6 adults but is often hogged for hours by the same entitled guests and hotel staff would not interfere which made this an unpleasant experience. The sunbeds and sun chairs up there are a great addition and the view from up there is spectacular. All in all it was a pleasant stay. "

"I absolutely do not recommend it! My family and I all got sick from the food there. First, my 18-month-old had a high fever, vomiting, and diarrhea for two days during our vacation. Then I did, then my 12-year-old daughter and my husband got sick too. We just got home two days ago and we're still sick. The food is terrible; they always serve the same thing, and I think it's reheated from the day before! The only good thing was that they cleaned the room daily, and the staff was very friendly, but that's it. The all-inclusive package doesn't include anything about the gym, sauna, or any of the other attractions on the property. You make a reservation for one hotel, and they send you to whichever one suits them best. I would never go back to that hotel again!"

"Great location for lots of restaurant options and beach access. Rooms could use a little upgrade but were very clean and comfortable. Nice welcome drinks and buffet breakfast was lovely. Easy location to get a taxi to main sights and attractions. Would stay again "
