Charged me twice for the room so if you book online, make sure they don’t charge you again when you get there. They reimbursed me, but c’mon! Asked twice for my room to be cleaned and it was never done. They will not tidy up your room if you don’t ask, but even if you do, it won’t get done. Soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Just a lousy place to stay as it’s ran poorly. Pool was closed due to the city shutting it down because it was unsafe. The only thing that was half way decent about this place was the breakfast. Charge you top dollar for a sub par room and lousy service! Do not stay here!!

It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Walked in and they just dropped off two bus loads of teenage kids. They were in an orchestra. They finally calmed down. We checked in about 8pm. Slept good. That’s a plus for me. I usually don’t sleep well.

Is super easy to get to and right off highway 97. The Walmart and Albertsons is right next door so if you need anything it’s super easy. Also the ARCO is right by with the cheapest gas in town. I’ve stayed here before but on the third floor. And during that stay I really loved it. Especially since it’s dog friendly. This was my first time on the first floor and I can hear EVERYING!!!! Walls were very thin, and the tv stopped working at some point. The breakfast is decent. If to stay here again I would totally ask for the third floor.

Was very upset with how I was treated by one of the guest service employee. He treated me very unprofessionally and I will never stay there again. Rooms ok. Woke up to someone 3 rooms down getting arrested. So I don’t know how safe this hotel is. Tried to call the hotel customer service, they said I needed to contact Expedia to file a complaint. Didn’t even try to make it right or listen to our concerns. Good luck if you stay here.

Would absolutely not stay here again. It was very minimal and dirty. We asked for more pillows than the 3 per queen bed and were told no. My kids swam in the pool and the chlorine was so strong that my son temporarily lost his vision.

There was blood and mascara on the pillow cases, the bed had blood on the sheets, there is stuff all over the curtains, the front desk guy gave us clean sheets and a bed cover, I’ll be speaking to the manager tomorrow.

This hotel was fairly clean but very run down Mold growing on walls above the shower, side door coming into hotel doesnt have a lock, our room door was locked but not shut all the way when we got there

I paid for my son and family to stay while their home underwent repairs, they were treated terribly! Asked to pay a $160.00 cash deposit for NO reason. The pool wasn’t clean or functional for my grandson, staff rude, only 2 towels for the family. Awful!

Hi there Anna, we are very sorry to hear about the stay. Our pool and spa was out of service for yearly maintenance and the nightly rates were lowered due to this service not being available. We also gave all our guests free cancellations due to the maintenance on the pool and spa. We are so sorry about the towels, we are more than happy to give rooms more towels upon request. The 160 cash deposit is for guests that are within a 50 mile radius of the hotel but it is 100% refundable if no damages to the room are found. Now that or pool and spa are open we would love to extended you and your family a free night stay to make up for your last stay with us.My name is Ammar, if you would like to take us up on this offer please give the hotel a call and ask for me.

I felt super pressured by one of front desk workers. Literally gave me something I didn’t want, i booked the room I wanted, he insisted I get another room which was totally not what I wanted, entirely messed up my date night with my partner, nothing but disappointment dissatisfaction and arguing with my partner and I. All of this because he just couldn’t give me THE ROOM THAT I SPECIFICALLY PAID FOR!!! On top of all of it, he then assumes I’m staying one night, after I made it clear I was staying two. So there was a while waiting outside for a while then waiting by my room door wondering what was going on! Horrible experience!

Front desk person was awesome. Our original rooms' ceiling started leaking due to weather conditions and he swifly moved us to a new room. The room itself was okay, clean except for some spots in the carpet and comforter. Pool and hot tub was out of order which was disappointing as we were looking forward to that most. Breakfast is average, I would suggest adding some fresh fruit, otherwise plenty of options. Again service was spot on but I dont think we would choose to stay here again.

The snow storm that came through did damage to a pump and due to the damage we had to get a replacement that was delayed due to weather conditions. Overall, I had a very good experience with this hotel. We traveled from Washington state and got stuck in a blizzard and was pleasantly surprised with how our stay was even stuck in a blizzard. The pool and hot tub were great clean and warm. I was very happy that I was able to bring my dog and they had the lowest pet fee and all the other hotels around. They also had a delicious breakfast, when they were running low on some of the breakfast items, they were very kind and had no problem refilling waffle, batter and syrup when needed. The room was clean and the front desk stuff was very kind. There was a new higher and she did great, and was very responsive to any questions that we did have. I would definitely stay here again it was very affordable and made our trip less stressful.
