I wish the condition of the rooms and the outside areas were as fantastic as the staff. Piles and piles and piles of dog poop everywhere. There is a designated "Dog Area" with an empty poop bag station. It was awful, I could not take my dog in there without stepping in some other dogs poop. Same in all other common areas, on top of bushes, in the rocks, on the curb... Yuck, not a poop bag in sight. I used my own but it looked like no one else had in months! I was in a "Dog friendly" room, so had modified my expectations. But not as much as I should have. I wiped up some spilled water and the paper towel came back black. Tsk Tsk Tsk

I liked everything about the experience checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenally courteous professional and the facility was clean. It was accommodating and it smelt good. It looked clean, encouraged, pointing out all the amenities you know from the breakfast starting at 6:00 to coffee and cocoa and tea 24/7. You know provided me with a downstairs room which is always my preference being I'm working out of town just overall. I would give this a 20-star rating if it was possible. Great place to be and I will be telling everybody in the company. This is if we got to stay in town. This is where we're going to stay. I drove 15 mi to just see if it was better in the last place and it was a hundred times better. I'm so pleased

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I like to sleep on moderately firm bed and after many nights at a different motel on an extremely soft bed, I finally found a comfortable bed. Thanks Sugarloaf mt Motel

All staff people were friendly and helpful, especially Jason. Guests were friendly too. Hotel is fairly new with granite counter tops and nice furniture. Showers were nice and attractive, with good showerheads. Woodwork around front desk, office, and breakfast room were attractive. Breakfast was adequate. 24 hr coffee and tea were welcoming. Some keycard readers have batteries with depleted charge and need checked.
