"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. "No issues with the stay, complimentary butter, Jam and milk in the fridge. Along with sugar, tea, coffee and biscuits. Even had washing powder. Only issue was when sat on the sofa there was no table to put your drinks on, I ended up using a waste paper bin turned upside down. In the bathroom the glass shower door you can’t open so have to get in at the far end of the bath and walk down the bath, with the water on this gets slippery so could do with a bath mat."
