As usual a great stay — this is my go-to when I catch the BA flight to London. The spa was a little disorganised regarding a pre-booked appointment but the manager (didn’t get her name unfortunately) went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

080 Transit Hotel T2
Rooms are clean. Location is convenient. It would have been wonderful if we were able to enter/leave the hotel without exiting the building (there is a door inside the building but it is closed). The best staff and service in my experience. We forgot to take out I watch when checking out . The staff were extremely helpful and diligent in making sure we could retrieve the item from their lost and found
