Very reliable staff. Prompt responses to all our inquiries. Arrangements for airport transfers and other transfers were flawless. Was able to reach out directly to the duty manager, concierge service, reservation manager (Husna Ismath gave good recommendations, was very attentive to details, and made the travel arrangements with perfection !), and other staff. The reservation was done from overseas for a family member in India. Took great care of the family member who stayed at the hotel by herself. She felt very safe and secure.

Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice to suit different tastes. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious, shower was great. Food and drinks were expensive. Pool area too small for the number of people ( only 15 sun loungers). Probably more suited to a business trip than holiday. We stayed as it was a great location for the cricket academy.

We generally stay at conard or oberoi whenever we visit banglore. Staff service is pretty excellent and have lot of dining options. Swimming pool is also nice and view from high floor rooms are solid. Had multiple stays here , would definitely recommend this property.
