Very clean room and comfortable to stay

Very clean and quite place with small garden next to the hotel, price is ok and 2 good restrants are nearby. Breakfast menu is ok and friendly staff. Comparing price, this hotel is quite good to stay.

The location is convenient, but the stay itself was disappointing. The room didn’t feel particularly comfortable or well finished, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. I also found the room access very odd — having to take a lift and then use stairs to reach the room is not something I’ve encountered at a hotel before. The balcony was basically unusable, there was not even a single seater sofa provided inside the room except for a small chair for working. The food was by far the weakest part of the stay — very disappointing in both quality and taste, and I would rate it just 1/5. Overall, the experience felt well below expectations for the price and the Lemon Tree brand.

Everything needs to be manually triggered, no obvious service: from the elevator that cannot automatically start the fan when people are inside, to the room service that does not clean the rooms unless asked to. And when checking out, they claimed I did not pay, I had to search in my emails to find the receipt that proves that my payment was already made. The check in process is unecessarily annoying for foreigners: Even though I provided my passport, I still had to fill a form about my entry in the country, even though I had an entry visa stamp on my passport I was still required to go on the visa website and get a copy of the actual e-Visa and provide it to them. WiFi connection limited to 2 devices even though we booked a large 3 people room, even after contacting them about the issue, we still had to go down to the reception and get a list of scratch code for the WiFi. Service always slow, we request a service and get it at least 3 hours later.
