Regular stop in Bangalore

Stay here on regular basis. Nice restaurant on 10 th floor good and helpful staff. Still needs some updating but looks like they are working on it step by step. Good location for MG Road

Would I stay at this property again! No. Staff were very friendly and attentive however the hotel needs an upgrade. It is very old, mould in the bathroom, every time we left the room we would have to get our card reactivated. Staff were not keen on us changing room. Had a massage treatment at the spa and it was the worse I’ve ever had. Dam towel, staff talking, mobile ringing, staff in and out of room and technique was terrible. Hotel has potential however some money needs to be spent on it.

This hotel is supposedly part of the Royal Orchid group and they claim it is 4*. I personally wouldn’t give it more than 2 stars. The hotel lobby and public areas such as the restaurant look nice. However, the rooms are tired and rundown. Our bedding, towels, curtains etc. were grey and stained. Paint chipped off the walls. A small room and excluding breakfast was £63 per room per night. The nearest stammer to station is 10 minutes away and M.G. is about the same. But it’s hot to walk in the heat. Some of the staff were helpful and helped us book rickshaws on the app. However, I wish I had booked somewhere else and those had higher ratings and were a 1/4 of the price. So not worth the money. The pictures are very deceiving. I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can easily find cheaper, more cost effective rooms in Bangalore for sure!

Good sized rooms, with a clean and comfortable bed, bathroom a little dated but good shower. Food was consistently good. Staff were all helpful, polite and friendly. Don't miss the roof top bar, fabulous views great beer and just the best food

Possibly the worst experience I've had in a hotel in 6 countries! They refused my friends from visiting my room, even if it was for half an hour. They do not let you get food from outside.
