Consistently getting worse I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, but unfortunately the service seems to get worse every time. I previously had an airport pickup where the driver was 40 minutes late, so this time I specifically reminded the hotel and asked them to make sure the driver would be there on time. Despite this, when I arrived at around 1:00 a.m., the driver was not there. I called him, and he told me he was at home and asked me to contact the hotel. After several phone calls, I discovered he was at Terminal 1 while I was at Terminal 2. He finally picked me up around 2:00 a.m., and I reached the hotel at 3:00 a.m. The problems continued at the hotel. They provide a buffet breakfast, but surprisingly black coffee is not available. There is also a pond in front of the à la carte restaurant with a lot of mosquitoes. I asked for mosquito repellent three times. They said they had it, but it was never brought. I also ordered a drink during dinner. Despite two reminders, it arrived 25 minutes later, after I had already finished my dinner. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. I have stayed here many times, but the service has clearly declined. This was a very disappointing stay.

This is a nice place to stay with a restaurant and swimming pool. Free breakfast buffet style, although a more non-veg menu is preferred. Prompt response to all requests. TV programs are commendable with many movie channels as well as family programs like National Geograhic, etc. Housekeepimg personnel are pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to others.

I book for 3 nights 3 rooms with family and we just stay one night next day check out Reason Room so dirty Blanket got hair and smelly Toilet so dirty Staff rude No amenities Property around area no manage well I have worst experience and I feel embarrassed in front of my family If you ask for points from 0 to 10 I give zero Even we check out 2 day early staff didn’t ask why you checkout Because I know I can’t get refund back we pay for three night $1000

Worst experience at royal orchid resort

I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. I got to know because superiors rooms are in different building and they alotted me room in the deluxe room building. When asked staff had no answer to it 3. Room conditions were average, untidy furniture, fused bulbs and dirty linen. 4. No complementary dinner or anything even after they downgraded and agreed to give some complementary stuff as they cannot refund the difference amount. 5. Breakfast was average and again staff was inexperienced or rude most of the time. 6. Slow Room service, had to wait 30+ mins to get water. Strongly advice not to book if planning to visit with family or friends.

広い敷地は緑に覆われ環境はとてもよい。 朝食はおいしく食べられた。レストランスタッフはフレンドリーで親切。 スポーツ施設が整っており､こどもたちのスポーツや研修合宿に向いているようだ。 一方､部屋は今ひとつ。チェックイン時にルームキーがなくマスターキーで開けてみらったが2時間たっても届かない。部屋やバスルームの床の掃除が今ひとつ。ハンドウォッシュのボトルは空。チェックイン前から部屋の前にあったルームサービスの食べ残し皿が翌朝まで片付けられない、など。 出張利用にはすすめられないです。

Not worth the price and star rating

This is an excellent resort from the past .. everything they have is outdated and for the prince and star rating they show .. I expected more ... Staff was friendly and they restaurants is over pricey .. Much better food is available outside for lesser price ... I think they are planning some remodeling and I hope it’s for the better otherwise I don’t think it’s that great of a place
