a lift dedicated to floor's 10 to 19 would help.
More staff in the restaurant to clear and reset table's quicker, those who are there work hard and are cheerful but there are a lot of tables, and more tales for two people only would help

The property was in an excellent position. Not to far from the beach which by the way is beautiful and not to far from shops and bars andpubs just perfect.

About a 10 min walk to the beach but fairly flat. Again about a 10 min walk to the English square but other bars and restaurants nearer.

Lovely welcome staff, good sized room with comfy bed, excellent pressure in the shower even on the 16th floor which surprised us! The bathroom was a little outdated but otherwise all was good, I would defo go back to this hotel
