Stayed at Gemelos 20 twice now, once in Tower 1 and once in Tower 2, both with Beninter and cannot fault it at all! The apartments are very clean and have everything you need and the location is perfect, in the middle of everything yet away from all the noise! The pool areas are lovely, nice and quiet and absolutely spotless! Key pick up is easy as the office is below one of the towers. Only downside is there is no English TV, which doesn't bother me but my husband likes to watch a bit of TV now and again and usually we book apartments that do offer free English TV. But would definitely stay here again!

Not too bad ,door handle fell off in kitchen ,towel rail fell off in bathroom .the bed was very uncomfortable .the water was cold after one of us washed and we were put on the 23rd floor with 4 children .it was clean ,there was extra sheets and the pool was nice .

Not as advertised

We arrive at Gamelos 20 to check in and are immediately told that we are being placed in the Gamelos 23. This was not what was booked and there was no prior warning. Gamelos 20 was in a nicer area and Gamelos 23 right on top of the strip situated above Jumping Jacks. We arrive in our room and the advertised rooms are incorrect. Our itinerary said 2 rooms of 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Our room instead had 1 room with 2 singles, 1 room with a double and a sofa bed. Not ideal for 5 lads who had booked 5 separate beds. I contacted reception who say all rooms are the same in each complex??? Also Gamelos 20 was in a much quieter area which I had researched prior, Gamelos 23 was in a Noisy area which we certainly found out over the course of 7 nights. Not impressed. Our apartment itself was basic and not in bad condition. However over the course of 7 days we were never provided fresh towels, toilet rolls or any form of room service. The air conditioning in the room was excellent but unfortunately the room 13C was prone to awful bouts of drainage smells which made some of the lads sick to their stomach taking this smell in. Also the lift at Gemelos 23 was terrible and I felt as if my life was in danger every time I got in. All in all, a terrible experience and the worst place I’ve stopped in Benidorm.

Gemelos 20 - well worth a stay

Great location - close enough to nightlife, and just far enough away to not be noisy at night. Very spacious apartment - 17th floor afforded good views of the sea and surrounding area. Pool area well kept - only drawback was no sunbeds.

Très belle ville. Sécurisée, propre, vivante 24/24. Côté résidence, il n'y a rien à dire, le personnel de Beninter est très accueillant et serviable. Ça mérite d"y retourner une autre fois.
