The staff and facilities where perfect only one problem was the food although extremely good and varied the hot selection tended to be cold every thing else was wonderful thank you .

It’s a little out of Benidorm and you need a taxi to get down town. Taxi is about 12 euros. View from the room is beautiful. We liked the tile floors and design of our room. There were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

Fantastic hotel & a great location for seeing the beaches, towns & the interior of that area. From the moment we were greeted by the gatehouse team, to the reception, catering & cleaner staff, they were all great ambassadors for the company. Apart from one luke warm bar meal and an influx female under 19 football teams who were noisy at times, I would still thoroughly recommend this hotel. PS double check what you have booked in terms of a Mountain or Sea view.

Check in and out are long and slow. There is no point of recycling at the hotel all waste from room is in one bin. Great entertainment and friendly staff.

Beautiful Hotel and Location, rooms are very modern and comfortable, view over Benidorm is stunning in the sea view rooms. Breakfast was a big disappointment, there was a huge conference at the hotel and the families were put into a temporary breakfast area, which was chaotic, no clean tables, food was very poor and heated from oil burners in temporary Bain Marie’s and they could not wait to clear the buffet and people from the room at 10am. This did have a bearing on my opinion of the hotel and considering how much breakfast cost for the 4 adults we could have driven into the town and had a better breakfast.

10 mins from centre of Benidorm which suited us fine (€15 taxi) lovely hotel, fantastic spa (great massage!), food great, drinks a bit expensive but overall really pleasing. Would suggest asking about their planned company event nights (so not open to public) as one night very loud music until 2.30 :( and this is the only reason for not the highest score. We could have moved rooms at 1.30am but funnily enough chose not to so just put up. Such a shame as other than that it was ideal.

Really nice hotel. Perfect for theme park, good for families. BUT too far out of town. Poor signage to pool. 40 euro expensive for late check out. Breakfast ends too early (10.30)

Great value to include access to the parks. Lovely rooms well presented and spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet huge and great food. Reception needs to advise guests at check in on arrival times of breakfast and check out times. We had to go back to ask as no answer no home from room phone when we called to ask the question. Hotels.com also need to advise customers that you need to always have a passport for checkin. The hotel info on confirmation document stated you require a government issued form of ID for checkin but this only applies if you are Spanish. Anyone not Spanish needs a passport. A drivers licence won’t do.

This was a nice hotel set way back from the chaos of Benidorm. Hotel and room was very clean. Unlimited free access to Terra Mitica was a bonus as it’s 50 yards from Reception. Walking into Benidorm is just over 3 miles downhill all the way! 13 euros will get you back up the hill in a taxi at the end of the night. Only complaints I had were: You have a Tea/Coffee boat in the room, but only get sachets on the first night, same with bottled water. The length of time for lift doors to open once reaching your floor becomes really annoying. Hotel could do with a shop, it’s 4/5 star hotel that has a few vending machines. Although the proximity of Terra Mitica is nice, the rooms at the rear of the hotel are subject to the TM theme tune constantly played from morning until 10pm. The pools don’t open until 10am and Breakfast doesn’t start til 8am

Excellent 2-day rest before staying with family
Great pool very clean and well tended. Brilliant having free access to terra mitica - effortless, literally a 30 second walk from the hotel reception to the theme park gate. Buffet breakfast and dinners were very good indeed, excellent selection and quality food, cheap beer and wine. Will be returning next year for sure.

Went to the luxor for a weekend away in Benidorm for st Patrick's day but just enough out of the way from hussel n bussel. What a fantastic choice .the hotel is outstanding from arriving to leaving it was just mind blowing ...faultless in everyway ...rooms...staff...friendliness of all the staff ..it's a must to go there especially if you want to treat someone special...little tip ..book delux.

Great hotel for Terra Mitica park, lovey room with amazing view, and great service. Breakfast was a bit busy the Saturday morning. Apart from that our stay was perfect.

This is a class act, almost 4 miles back from the coast in an elevated position. it was very quiet until the weekend, when a works convention descended on the hotel.

Advertised as 5 to 10 min walk to beach but was actually a 10 to 15 min taxi ride as were no buses ended up very costly in the end. Taxis vary in prices, also we were half board including breakfast and dinner I was very disappointed with the food was always cold never hot, dinner is also a buffet and is cold. Spa was expensive for what it was 20 euros for one hour and some of the spa wasn’t even working. Won’t be booking through Expedia again as I don’t believe they are truthful when advertising

Luxor was a great experience I could not fault the hotel the reception Staff were all very nice . The bar staff In the lux bar were not as nice as they could be the restaurant staff were lovely People they did all they could for us The free tickets for the theme parks Was very nice the mitcha park is a must I could not believe what was in there For free . The end of day show was very good ..

Great hotel, clean and beautifully decorated. Would stay here again, we hired a car to get around and it was fairly cheap for the five days we had it. Taxis would have probably been more expensive for the number of trips out we took. Highly recommended hotel.
