Very good hotel

Booked for a group of 14 people, 2 night stay. Good location, Friendly receptionists, very clean and rooms were as described. Very good hotel for the price. Would stay again, no problems.

Reception was fantastic and waited for me to arrive as I had a late flight. Was really polite and friendly too. Decent hotel for the price too.

Third time staying at this hotel. If you're just after a room that is clean (cleaned daily), comfortable bed, nice bathroom with no frills attached then look no further. Can't argue with the value and easily walkable to the new town.

Lift didn’t work, staff playing on phone all the time, couldn’t get through main entrance, had to buzz for staff to open the door. Good wi fi. Street parking difficult. Underground parking £24 per day and a good walk from hotel.

I stayed 4 nights. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. No cleaner or freshly made beds. I could smell weed most of the time, Spanish staying staying there were very noisy at night till 07:00am plus. Over all it could of been a pleasant stay.

In generale è un hotel nella media ad un buon prezzo però se si chiede di pulire la stanza, mi aspetto che vengano cambiate le lenzuola, non solo gli asciugamani per la doccia. Inoltre ho pagato per la ‘colazione inclusa’ e la colazione fornita era una macchinetta del caffe disponibile dalle 7:30 alle 10/10:30.

What i didn't like was the size of the shower, could hardly turn,if you did you turn of the shower because the leaver was to close to your body. Also had to put a card on the door by 11am or your room didn't get cleaned, never had that before in all the hotels I've been in benidorm

Fue buena la experiencia en el hotel, solo un pequeño detalle que la llave del lavamanos estaba rota y no la arreglaron, pero claro nosotros estuvimos solo dos noches muy poco tiempo. Pero el resto todo bien y la atención buena ah otro inconveniente el parqueadero muy difícil hay parqueadero privado pero muy caro 20 € al día. el resto la atención buena y la abitacion muy limpia y agradable aire y WiFi serca de la playa y el centro repetiría.

This hotel is tucked away up a quiet side street but is just a short walk away from everything you can think of.the room did need a bit of attention, the mirror on the wardrobe was half missing & the room would benefit from a lick of paint. Rooms are quite small & no kettle but there was a free tea & coffee machine, toaster & fridge in the basement. The air con was fantastic & the balcony was a good size. The staff were very friendly & helpful. These opinions are only mine & someone else might have a different view. Would i stay again? Yeah i would for the money it was ok.
