"This property and staff were really sweet. We were in and out because it was a quick overnight stay. We had stayed in the Pelekas area for three nights, and unfortunately Benitses was just not for us. Very crowded and touristy. Sadly, although our room was non-smoking, it really smelled of cigarettes and there was an ashtray on our balcony table, so could’ve just been because ppl can smoke outside. "The staff told us that we were not all inclusive because we didn’t pay enough when we proved how much we paid they then agreed, this was 24 hours into the holiday where we had been served as all Inclusive already. Staff were rude and very unhelpful Hotel was very very basic "
