"Your emails are incorrect & your information way out of date. This hotel has closed down months ago & you have failed to keep us accurately informed. This would have been just awful if we had arrived in the dark in the middle of no where Omarama. The hotel was deserted locked up & obviously unkept when we arrived.
Fortunately Distinction Heritage Gateway was able to fit us in & receive us & transfer our Expedia booking."
