Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience.

I had to clean the toilet seat from the previous guest. Had the toilet seat been wiped, a rag would have removed what the previous guest left on it.

Filthy room. Hair and grime on bathroom floor. Room did not appear to have been vacuumed in some time. Cigarette burns on blanket. Breakfast was a joke with the hot water machine not working
