The rooms are spacious, but our room had a dip/depression on one area of the floor. The room was clean, but the bathroom (shower & toilet) floor under the towel bars was not clean. It was interesting checking in, as there is not a obvious place to check in. I knocked on the door of the house attached to the motel and a gentleman didn't realize we had a reservation and helped us check in.

Greeted at reception door and not let in. Man I presume is owner just handed us our keys through the cracked door and pointed direction to the rooms. No mention of wifi nor did we see any sign of it in our rooms. Very dated. Rooms were big. Heater worked. A bit musty. Has a fridge and microwave. Shower was good. Bathroom floor and wall was a bit dirty. Big backyard w back door in the room. Convenient location. Decor is interesting. Plenty of parking. Good for wheelchair access as all on ground level. Ok for a night or two for the price. OK but not likely to stay again.

A no frills motel that is centrally located, clean and quiet. Large rooms. Absolutely nothing fancy, but a great value for hitting the pillow after a full day of skiing. Manchester is a great town.

Family owned and run! Everything was as advertised and the room was large, clean and comfortable. This Motel is like the old fashioned ones where you can part directly in front of your room, which is VERY convenient!!!

So this is a motel. That means all the windows look out at the parking lot. In order for this to work as designed, you need to have 2 layers of functional curtains; A heavy one and a sheer one. These curtains didn't work, so we couldn't see the lovely view. The HVAC did the job. The sheets were clean. A
