Es ost ein einfaches Hotel das für einen Businessaufenthalt völlig ausreicht. Sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal! Zimmer sind gross genug, jedoch nicht sauber und relativ alt. Parkplätze hat es vor der Haustüre gratis.

Immer wieder gerne

Sehr schnelles und professionelles einchecken. Alle Hygienemassnahmen top umgesetzt. Direkt vor der Tür ist kostenloses Parken möglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, gepflegt und alles sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Schlafen geht wunderbar, die Matratzen sind top und die Kissen nicht so riesig. Dazu ist es sehr ruhig. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Pleasant hotel friendly staff

Friendly welcome from the reception, hotel was clean with good facilities and plenty of parking outside. Room was comfortable and clean good for a quick break of business trip. Heidelberg is within a quick drive

Gute Küche und Service. Gerne wieder. Schöner See mit Möglichkeit zum Spazierengehen in der Nähe. Reistaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten notfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.

Freundlicher kompetenter Empfang im Mutterhotel Alleehotel, da das Residenz über keine eigen Lobby verfügt. Das Zimmer befand sich in ruhiger Lage ich fand sogar zwei Weingläser vor mit deren Hilfe wir eine Flasche Sekt leeren konnten. Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Gefrühstückt habe ich nicht daher dazu kein Urteil. Für ein zwei Nächte eine gute Unterkunft.
