"The motel must have been recently remodeled. We had a wonderful room that was well set up. I’d highly recommend the stay. There is one bad note. Breakfast sucked bigtime. We didn’t even bother with the overly complicated coffee machine and I heard the coffee sucked. We ended up eating out. I had choosen the motel because a breakfast was included."

"The room was great. Like a small apartment. Also had a mountain view of Mt. Lemmon. Very nice. The Hotel is huge! Multi story and spread out with multiple wings. The breakfast is amazing. There is a chef that will cook eggs or omelets to order. Everything was delicious! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The property is modern and well kept. There is a restaurant and bar with a mini mart on site for drinks, snacks, and a few essentials. There are 3 pools and 2 jacuzzis that are super convenient. Lots of pickle ball courts and a gym. The place has mostly full timer retirees, so no kids. Very quiet. We’d stay here again."

"Room was clean but the fan in bathroom and air conditioner were extremely noisy. Neighbors smoked right outside and smoke funneled in around cracks in doors. Bed was comfy but all in all about a 6 out of 10."

"Lovely stay! Memorable features of personal importance (perhaps not important to all): well-maintained room, gorgeous views, Ventana waterfall, EXTREMELY comfortable bedding, massive soaking bathtub/shower, cozy & luxurious bathrobes, dark sky community (able to spot many constellations with a mobile phone app), warm and friendly staff, room service accommodations of specific dining requests (and a gracious special occasion treat), and fabulous onsite restaurants. There are many more amazing amenities for a variety of visitors. Small items I would have loved: a bedside alarm clock; a requested microwave; a welcoming note or gesture acknowledging a special occasion; a little better quality of K-Cup coffee pods; a large, buttery, French-style breakfast croissant vs. a couple of mini American-style ones; a stronger WiFi signal (the mountainous region may not allow for it, though.) All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Thank you!"
