"The elevators are a mess. Be prepared to take the stairs. The room didn’t get very cool at night even with the temperature set to the lowest setting. Breakfast. Oh my. On Saturday we got there 25 mins after “open” and they had to come unlock the door for us. None of the food was ready and the pancake machine wouldn’t work. On Sunday the lineup was half way through the restaurant, kids were running everywhere, long wait for items to be replaced and there was limited seating so we had to sit in the lobby."
