"The staff was so nice. The room was large, 4 post bed, mini frig, beach and bath towels in room. It was very clean. Balcony was nice with sturdy chairs and table. View was nice over pool. Free beach chairs. Can by drinks/food- everyone there also nice. Good place to rest, be at beach, breakfast good, restaurant/bar in hotels right there. Thank you for a good stay!"

"More akin to a Guest House, this small hotel offers a superb location for a relaxing break with beautiful, empty, sandy beach just a few meters away. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Rooms vary but ours was air conditioned; basic but comfortable, this is not 4* accommodation but there again, you are not paying 4* rates. Free WiFi is provided but does come and go and is never high speed so don't expect to be streaming your favorite TV shows. Food is good value and we enjoyed everything...

"Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay."

"This hotel has breakfast included (verry good) it is walking distance to the most beautiful beach I've seen so far no river to cross nothing. The train station Bentota is 50 metres away next to Coco's restaurant for fresh fish and cold beer ! Staying a few days here is a must !"

"Stannade där i 3 nätter, bra service från hotell ägaren som var trevlig. Polen fin men vi ville mera vara vid havet. De körde en till stranden gratis med tuktuk vilket var riktigt bra, stranden är fin men det finns så många finare stränder och städer på Sri lanka som jag mer skulle rekommendera att besöka. Helt okej vistelse men skulle inte välja att bo här igen."

"No POOL! На мой вопрос - а где же бассейн? Был дан идиотский ответ - вон там море, там и купайтесь! Море необорудованное, все очень запущенное, лежаков мало и они обычно поломанные, нормальный есть только один. За кондей требуется доп/оплата 3000 рупий. Холодильника в номере стандарт нет, но хоть разрешили пользоваться холодильником в столовой, но часто его отключали чтобы включить вентилятор. В целом персонал старается помочь, однако руководство недружелюбно. Больше чем на 1 ночь...

"Such an amazing place to stay. Beautiful property right on a beach that is perfect for swimming. I stayed in a room which faced the ocean. Very private and quiet at night. The host prepared breakfast for me in the morning which was delicious including fresh fruits and homemade juice. The room was extremely clean. I would recommend this to anyone wishing for a clean and relaxing place to stay near Beruwala."
