Royal Ushaka Hotel- Morningside
This place was amazing. Clean, beautiful views, quiet area, large rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and stay out of your way so you can do whatever you want to. The only issue is that the parking can be a bit difficult to manage with a large vehicle.

Emakhosini Hotel on East
first of all it should never be listed, the building is in bad condition, the windows are falling, there is no aircondition considering it was 98 deg outside, the place was not clean I would not rate it any star. Expedia should take them off the hotels It is sad to call it a hotel.

The location, views and apartment is really good. There are however some maintenance issues that need to be attended to. Great option for short-medium term stays. Clean and tidy with servicing done daily. Housekeeping was very helpful with requests for a dryer and washing powder. Close to Gateway and Cornubia. In a quiet safe area in Umhlanga Ridge
