"When you book with this site the website does not share your email or WhatsApp number so the hotel cannot contact you directly with check-in details. This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. Hotels.com needs to adjust its communication policies."

"Excellently organised hotel. Room was spacious and clean, with perfect mini kitchen setup. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh pastries and bread left at the door in the morning, to match the jams, yoghurt, milk and cereal in the room, along with coffee pods for the machine in the room. Parking available for EUR10 per day onsite. 10-15 minute walk to the funicular ir bus to beautiful Citta Alta. Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommended."

"very unprofessional staff members.. i wanted to check in earky as i had an immediate family emergency the staff weren’t helpful at all and didnt offer me a refund for my booking inspite of explaining to them the problem.. will never stay again here and honestly wouldn’t recommend it.. the staff were extremely unprofessional and not polite even when asked for basic city attractions help"

"It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay."
