"This is not really a hotel. It ends up being more like an Airbnb. There is no one to receive you, and all access instructions are sent in writing. They also ask you to pay taxes online through an external link outside of Expedia, which feels unsafe and untrustworthy. In fact, you have to do it, otherwise they do not send the exact address or access instructions. It is basically a house converted into rooms, with a shared bathroom for everyone. At least it was clean."

"Hotel and room were clean overal. Good location. Staff was quiet and a bit reserved, not overly friendly. Not unfriendly but not overly welcoming. The duplex room is a no-go; no view whatsoever, upper part of the room too hot and AC could not handle. Bed very comfortable. Elevator too slow every time. Nice esthetics overall, good location, but that’s it."

"The room was a good size and very clean. The food available in the mini fridge and the buns and croissants in the morning were lovely. It is on a very busy and loud street, so the offered earplugs were appreciated. The pillows were very flat and not to my liking, so my sleep was not fantastic. Reception was excellent. When we had trouble reaching a taxi to take us to dinner, we were helped immediately even with no one on site. We had a fantastic dinner because of it. Thank you for a great stay."

"Modern and clean hotel, however we unfortunately encountered many issues. Booked a standard room, but only twin beds available. Room only had 1 set of towels. Shower temperature was barely warm and didn’t get hot. Early wake up from gardening team right outside our window with loud equipment. Electric power outage at 11am as we were checking out, with no emergency lightning in staircase."

"The receptionist at night was pretty rude. Due to me not willing to leave my passport and come back after some time to pick it up, so he can check me in. I understand it is a normal practice, but due to my personal circumstances I can never leave my passport unattended. He didn’t consider my wish, so I had to persuade him to make it now. Secondly, after I dropped my bags at midnight I went for a walk with my friend. I have notified him that i will be back. When I came back at 2 am, we rang the door and he opened the door. He was stating that our behavior is unnaceptable due to coming that late. His vibe felt pretty passive agressive. I believe he was asleep and I woke him up in a bad mood. Even though check in time is until 2:30 am. I apologized but looked like he wasn’t willing to accept it. Which was quite frustrating. Apart from this situation everything else was great and worth the money."
