"Amazing, modern hotel. Felt very luxurious. A 16 minute walk from the train station - I would suggest this walk in the day not late at night with all your luggage. Lovely helpful staff and a great space. Loved the tasteful decor. So clean inside and excellent amenities, also water in the fridge for guests. Everything you need for a convenient stay, but also with a touch of luxury. We were also allowed to store our luggage for a few hours whilst we got breakfast/lunch and explored, massive plus!! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Bergamo and would recommend! Thank you so much!"

"Great hotel close to the train station and to the funicular that connects lower town to upper town. The room was clean and nice (the wallpaper has seen better times). The breakfast was great and staff nice and useful. There is also a bus (#1) that goes to the airport and stops close to the hotel entrance."

"Don’t bother to book a deluxe room. We did but were probably assigned an economy room (according to the photos on sight as well). We were housed in an annex with no view. This was disappointing and definitely not worth the added cost. One night air conditioning malfunctioned. That being said it’s a charming property and very well situated just outside the old walls. Breakfast is not on the premises but at a coffee shop 5 minutes down hill."

"Great location in a nice area of the lower city,with several bars and restaurants nearby. The room was large, spacious and had everything we needed down to milk in the fridge and biscuits,tea etc.Superb. Next morning there was a basket of baked goods hanging on the wall outside our room,a novel way to receive breakfast,but brilliant nonetheless. You could walk to citta alta from the property but it was 38 degrees during our visit so we got the bus up a couple of blocks away from the property."

"The staff was beyond 5 stars. They helped us find the hotel by actually meeting us at the parking lot we found near the hotel. They then advised us of better parking options, and escorted us to the better lot, as the area of town had significant construction ands confusing to navigate.During our stay they could not do more for us in every way. Advice on "non-touristy" restaurants, and better pastry shops was excellent. Each member of the staff was very personable, and spoke excellent English.Their input made our stay in Bergamo most memorable!"
