Väldigt dålig service, osäker på vad man fick göra och inte. Min man blev utskälld när han gick på toaletten för att det lät när han låste upp toalettdörren.. mögel i frukosten - ÄT EJ - gå ut och är något fint italienskt istället.

I've only heard from the landlord what she can't give to me. He requested 58 EUR instead of 55 EUR confirmed, referring to the tourist tax. In my order I asked Airport transfer, but the landlord lady suggested me to take a taxi, because she didn't want to give invoive. I requested an invoice for the accommodation as well:which she could not display at once, but promised to send it by e-mail, which I haven't received until today, despite my urgency!

B&B er i vore terminologi mere personligt end et hotel. Værten byder gæsterne velkommen i sit eget hjem. På dette B and B mødte vi en nervøs og halvsur værtinde som så hurtigt som muligt afslutter kontakten med os og lukker sin dør. Under vores ophold fortsatte denne upersonlige kontakt, ikke blot med os, men også andre gæster.Da vi tjekker ind, står der udenfor vores dør står en defekt "fan", som åbenbart tilhører vores udmærkede og rene værelse. Der er over 40 grader varmt på værelset og vi beder derfor om at få en "fan". Dette ønske afvises først, men da vi insisterer får vi den leveret efter 6 timer. Vi har en balkon til værelset, men denne bruges åbenbart til værtindens skotøjsæsker. der er hverken bord eller stole Der er fint og rent alle steder, men der er ikke en hyggelig og venlig stemning . Vi indtager morgenmaden i en fælles spisestue. Efter morgenmaden står smør og pålæg ude i flere timer før det stilles på køl. Da vi efter to dage tjekker ud foregår det sådan, at nøglen lægges i en postkasse. Normalt vil værten sige pænt farvel.Området er hyggeligt med villaer, men der er længere til både Citti Alta og Bergamo centrum end angivet. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette B&B.

Vorrei far notare ai futuri clienti, con qualche disturbo motorio, che la stanza non è assolutamente accessibile se non con molte scale da fare! e se si pensa che di solito si viaggia con un bagaglio... la scalata diventa ancora più faticosa. D'accordo il bagno in comune (e questo lo sapevo) ma almeno sistemarlo in modo ordinato e accogliente.... ogni volta che te ne servi non devi essere costretto a portarti l'asciugamano dalla camera... lascia in bagno digli asciugamani di riserva e dei piccoli asciughini solo al lavandino per chi si lava le mani prima dei uscire. La colazione... no comment! Non puoi mettere pane tostato sopra le brioches acquistate al supermercato..... e anche la sala colazione un vero ripostiglio. Per la cifra pagata forse un po di ordine in più non avrebbe guastato il soggiorno. Sconsigliatissimo!!!
