Perfect and worth the money
The room was well over my expectations! Firstly, it is just a very short walk away from the funicular up the upper city and the bus station. Very convenient indeed. You’ll also feel very safe because there is a password gate around the property. My room and the bathroom is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Exactly like I’m the photos provided by the hotel. There’s a bathtub to enjoy a nice bath. The air-conditioner is quiet, the hair dryer is new and powerful. Just a small negative aspect: there are loud motor vehicles constantly whirring down the road outside the property, and the vintage door is not very sound-proof. It gets quiet after 12am, but if you want to sleep early but are easily awakened by noises, please have this in mind.

Great location (only a few steps away from the funicular that takes you to the old city). Very affordable too considering the area, however we were left down by the difficulty in entering the property (we had to wait nearly 2 hours and it's really hard to contact them by phone. Also, the room wasn't very clean and there is an additional eur 10 for the parking which was not clear from the Expedia listing.

The suite and the property are beautiful. The location is great.Just a short walk to the Funicular which takes you up to the old city. Check in was not as easy - it is not intuitive how to get into the property. I was disappointed that the property comes up in Expedia when you filter for free parking, but you actually have to pay 10 Euros a day to park. I tried to explain this to the man that checked us in, but he did not understand. I did receive an email before we arrived that clearly stated that we had to pay for parking.

Nice and peaceful place in a great location
Ramé Suites is situated in a perfect area. It is only 1 minute walk to the funicular to go to the Citta Alta. And 10 minutes walk ti the Citta Bassa. Even though the place is located on a busy street, at night you wont hear a lot of noise in the room. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Ok, good for one quick night.
Negatives - my room that I was assigned to was being used when I arrived so I was told to go to the room in front that was available but it was quite dirty, as if someone had been there, even the toilet had been used. Positives - the room/ house was very warm and in a good area close to the old town

We had a medical emergency for someone in our group, so we had to leave him in a hospital overnight in Lecco on the night we had booked our rooms at Alta Via in Bergamo. Whoever answered the phone when we called to let them know that we wouldn't arrive till the wee hours of the morning was very helpful, & provided us with access information to get into the property when no one was there to check us in. My room was very charming; my friends were not as happy with their room as I was. Apparently, other guests had arrived earlier & took a look at the room they had been assigned & decided to move into my friends' reserved room. Oh well. No one was there to prevent this from happening. Concierge in the morning was very helpful making us coffee, friendly, we enjoyed chit-chatting with her. Just wish our circumstances had been better, without the medical emergency.

Lovely building in a really great location. Host was friendly and having a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room was a bonus. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Make sure you make contact with host prior to stay and upon arrival as checking in procedure means you need to meet at the hotel to get keys, instructions etc... Breakfast is just down the road at the Funiculare Cafe and was basic but decent and the hosts here where good also.

The hotel was well located near to the funicular station and bus stops to the station and airport. The room was bright and clean and the lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Check in would have been better a bit earlier than 2.30 /3 pm but we left our cases and went for a walk.Breakfast was OK.

Das Zimmer 101 entspricht nicht den gezeigten der Bildern, das Badezimmer ist voll mit Schimmel, die Badewanne hat einen Hick das mit einem Badetuch verdeckt wurde, der Spiegel war nicht sauber. Der Boden des Zimmers ist tapeziert und überall hat es Flecken. An den Wänden ist teils die Farbe weg und wurde in einer anderen Farbe übermalt. Unter dem Bett gab es Spinnennetze. Am Bett war ein voll verdreckter Gestell Überzug. Alls ich fragte ob es ein andere Zimmer gäbe war die Antwort nein am nächsten morgen hab ich aber gesehen dass, das Zimmer neben an frei war und genau den Werbe Fotos entsprach. Meine Erfahrung war sehr schlecht, i habe vor im Juli zurück nach Bergamo zu reisen, dieses Hotel kommt für mich auf keinen fall in frage.

Il n y a personne sur place , tout est super compliqué . Rien pour se garer devant . On doit remplir un fichier informatique , tout en anglais , mettre son numéro de carte , ses pièces d'identités . On a galéré , on comprenais rien et il n'y avait pas de bonne connexion . La chambre est sale ( rideau , ect ) . Il y a des fourmis dans la salle de bains . Je précise que je suis la plupart du temps super satisfait des hôtel mais la plus jamais . Je n'avais pas vu que c'était un accueil dématérialisé et c'est juste horrible .

Tout se fait à distance online. J adhère totalement à la modernité et technologie mais vous devez tout faire vous même et personne pour vous aider, conseiller ou répondez à vos questions. Vous discutez juste avec un système. Vous devez lire chaque ligne en détails pour ne rien perdre des informations. 🤔 La chambre était propre mais sans plus, le complexe est à peine entretenu. Par exemples: ● l eau de la douche et de l évier stagnait. Personne à qui pouvoir le signaler. Mes mails fut sans réponses. ● Il y a une possibilité de se garer dans la propriété , mais aucune information.. le lendemain je reçoit un mail me signifant que le parking ds la propriété est payant ... Tout cela en Anglais. ● je n ai pas su payer ma taxe de séjours car personne de présent et ce jour je reçois un mail en Anglais qui m explique que je dois la payer via un formulaire etc.... Pourquoi ne pas la payer directement lors de la réservation online? Toutes les informations sont en Anglais via mail centralisé 😮 Déçu alors que l endroit est magnifique et d une excellente opportunité.

Une bonne adresse
Les débuts ont été compliqués, nous sommes arrivés un jour férié et le checking est dématérialisé donc on nous a répondu une fois sur deux au téléphone pour nous donner les instructions et vous envoyer les liens. Une fois arrivés, tout s'est très bien passé. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour dans l'hôtel et l'hôtesse a été très arrangeante.

Prima del mio arrivo ho chiamato la struttura per avvertire del mio arrivo e per avere informazioni per come entrare in hotel. Mi hanno detto che le istruzioni comprese di un codice per aprire fisicamente porta d'entrata, erano state inviatemi con e-mail in una determinata ora. Ho fatto presente che non avevo ricevuto email nell'ora che mi hanno dato e se gentilmente potevano semplicemente farmi conoscere il codice d'entrata per telefono. Ho avuto risposta negativa e così ho dovuto prenotare altro albergo. La mia recensione a riguardo non può che essere negativa.

Come indicato sul nostro profilo, prima dell’arrivo in struttura è necessario effettuare il check-in tramite un link che le è stato inviato al momento della prenotazione, ed una seconda volta il giorno d'arrivo, in quanto non aveva completato la registrazione in precedenza. Questa semplice porcedura, permette di garantire la massima sicurezza nei confronti dei nostri ospiti, consentendo il completamento del check-in con comodità, in qualsiasi momento prima dell'arrivo ed evitando il contatto diretto con altre persone (questo aspetto è particolarmente apprezzato, insieme ad altri protocolli anticovid che seguiamo con attenzione). Il codice di accesso viene generato solamente se l’ospite completa correttamente la propria registrazione, da una nostra verifica, le mail sono state inviate correttamente, sia in automatico, che in seguito manualmente, è possibile il suo dispositivo non disponesse di una connessione adeguata. Çok merkezi, oda geniş, temiz, sessiz. Tarihi merkeze çıkmak için çok yakınında funikuler var, havaalanı otobüsü de buradan kalkıyor, ulaşım çok pratik. Alışveriş caddesi ve restaurantlar yürüme mesafesinde.

great stay, worth the price
it was a great stay, regret that only for a day. We got superb room (very spacious, high ceiling, nice decor) with coffee machine, small fridge, window blinds. What could be improved is a bathroom -especily the shower quality. Close to a bus stop, the funicular (old town), walking distance to the new city.

Ci è andata molto meglio malgrado tutto
Purtroppo non posso recensire Alta Via, in quanto ho pagato e prenotato due stanze presso suddetta struttura ma le camere erano già esaurite sul sito di Hotels.com anche se risultavano ancora libere. Fortunatamente siamo stati spostati presso una struttura alberghiera a 4 stelle Hotel Mercure Bergamo Palazzo Dolci davvero molto bella e centrica. Davvero soddisfatta del trattamento avuto.

Arrivée à 21h, ma chambre n'était pas faite (boite de pizza qui traînaient, lit défait, sdb salle ...), la réception (par téléphone) à mis 20 minutes à me donner une autre chambre. Surprise à 0h30, une personne frappe à ma porte et me dit que je suis dans la chambre qu'elle a réservé.et me menace de me sortir si je ne lui laisse pas. Le lendemain matin, la réception qui était censé ouvrir à 8h, n'était toujours pas ouverte à 9h00.

Posizione spendida. Stabile storico e di pregio. Camera enorme con arredamento vintage anni 70. Qualche ragnatela ma nulla di sconvolgente. Unica pecca: trovandosi in zona senza parcheggi dovrebbe essere meglio indicata la procedura per accedere al cortile interno. Essendo arrivati a notte fonda il cartello che indicava la colonnina con la serratura elettronica di apertura del passo carraio era invisibile. Conubque, nel complesso, più che positivo.

Rummen lukta mögel och sängarna va stenhårda. Frukosten bestod av 3 olika valmöjligheter där de va allt ifrån hårda frukostbullar, gröna ägg men goda kakor. Man va även tvungen att berätta vilken tid man skulle äta frukost vilket vi hade svårt för då vi gärna ligger och snoozar. En av dagarna sa vi 9 och kom ut 9:30, då stod vår frukost redan på bordet. När vi skulle checka ut fick vi betala en avgift som dom inte kunde förklara varför, men tydligen betalade alla denna avgift... ingen stor summa men de stod ingenstans att man skulle betala extra!

Very nice place with large clean rooms. Dennis was very helpfull all the way. All in all a very pleasant stay.
