"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent- my husband even said it was the best breakfast we had on our entire trip! The young woman who took care of the breakfast area was incredibly sweet, friendly, and kept everything well stocked. The only suggestions we have are a few maintenance issues. The bathroom could have used a more detailed cleaning, especially around the shower head and in the corners and crevices where some buildup and grime have accumulated. Also, the washer and dryer could have used a little servicing, as they don’t seem to be operating at their best. Other than those minor issues, we had a very pleasant stay."

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this charming cabin and our kids are already asking when we can go back. The location is perfect—close enough to explore downtown Berkeley Springs but far enough to feel like a real escape. The cabin itself has so much character. Our kids absolutely loved having their own space on the second floor, which gave us some peace and quiet downstairs. The bathrooms are a highlight—that big soaking tub was a huge hit with the whole family, and we found ourselves drawn to it every evening. The fire pit outside is fantastic for gathering as a family, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying the mountain air. We also ate at the on-site restaurant, which was convenient and had solid options—a nice bonus when you don't want to pack the kids back into the car after a full day. One small note: the cabin could use a bit more air circulation or freshening between guests (it had that closed-up smell), but nothing a few open windows didn't help with pretty quickly. All in all, this is a great spot for families looking for a relaxing mountain weekend with good amenities and thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend and would happily return."

"Best hotel I’ve stayed in!! Will definitely be booking again each visit to Pa from SC! Clean and classy rooms/bathrooms. Historic charm yet updated/maintained. No jail quality sheets/towels, staff was great, pool and hot tub felt more spa like then traditional indoor hotel pool! Just all around wonderful hotel. Zero complaints and would stay here way more often if I were more local. Also huge recommendation for families - 10 min walk to the Discovery Museum while you’re in town - best interactive science museum for $10/pp!! Will also do this any time we’re in town! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
