The air conditioning didn't work. A guest told us that it hadn't worked for a few days. A fan was offered for the room. It didn't solve much. The breakfast was very good. It needs to be improved with more fruit and there was a lack of variety of cakes and fresh eggs.

The reception staff at the hotel are really amazing and helpful. The room was just perfect. Great location with everything in easy walking distance (Berlin is an incredible city to walk and experience). Would recommend and come back again.

Close to two transport lines, a great Greek restaurant at a corner. SBahn might be loud for some should you have a north facing room.

Clean rooms with excellent room service. Internet often did not work and staff could only recommend that I wait for it to improve. Mattresses were very thin and it sometimes hurt to feel the bed springs. Location is very convenient to the U-Bahn.

Sehr günstig und gut. Personal sehr freundlich 24h besetzt. Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar mit S-Bahn und Bus diese sind nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Waren schon 2 mal dort wegen Konzerten in der Columbiahalle die von dort sehr gut erreichbar ist. Werden dort wieder buchen fürs nächstemal.

Das Zimmer war zum Hof und damit sehr ruhig. Auch vom Flur her war es sehr ruhig. Es war alles sauer und in Ordnung mit einfacher Einrichtung, aber für ein (paar) Nächte völlig in Ordnung. Personal war sehr nett. Nahe der U-Bahn gelegen
