The room was in good condition and the matresses were nice. When you close the windows they block a lot of noise from outside. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The check-in was a bit confusing, and at night you could sometimes hear echo’s from people walking in the hallway, but overall I had a good night’s sleep. It was a bit sad that there weren’t a lot of lactose- and eggfree (or vegan) options at the café apart from drinks. They do serve a nice oatmilk cappuccino.

Everything here was average, but our room was really affected by noise from other guests inside and outside.and the metal ramp outside our room where suitcases were being rolled up and down caused a terrible racket. Worse though, was the room was so cold. The tiny quilts did not help.

Ok

The hostel is very big and there is constantly a lot going on. The room was smaller than in other a&o hostels. The common kitchen was dirty and not well equiped. The elevator was way to slow for te amount of people very long waiting times) it only goes to the 7th floor in the building we where ( there is 3 buildings). We were staying on the 8th floor.
